Q: What is the email I used to register my BOXROX PRO account?

A: You can specify your email address when purchasing the PRO subscription. However, if you have used the quick checkout via Google Pay, Apple Pay or Paypal or any other quick checkout service, the email address you have stored with your payment service provider might usually be used for the registration. Please remind yourself which payment service provider you used to register your PRO account with us.

Q: Where can I find my account information?

A: You will receive your access information in your welcome email which you receive as soon as you have successfully completed the purchase of the BOXROX PRO plan. If you haven’t received an email with the subject “Your BOXROX account has been created!” most likely your order was unsuccessful. Therefore, check with your payment provider (e.g., Paypal, Google or Apple Pay) whether the order was successfully booked.

Q: What do I do if I forgot my password?

Q: How and where can I manage my subscription and user details?

A: After you have successfully signed in your account you can manage your subscription and your user details under the following link: https://www.boxrox.com/my-account/

Q: Can I cancel my BOXROX PRO subscription any time?

A: Regarding our terms and conditions you can cancel the BOXROX subscription any time before the next payment cycle starts. BOXROX offers three payment cycles (3, 6 and 12 months) including different discounts.

Q: Why can I no longer read the BOXROX Pro articles even though I have successfully signed in?

A: Please try to delete your browser cache and the BOXROX cookies. After that you should be able to read all the PRO articles.

Q: What can I do if my IP address has been temporary blocked?

A: After 2 hours, the block will be lifted again, and you should be able to sign in again.
